Classes Schedule Changes
We are making some changes to our class schedule, and we want to share all the details.
NEW Class
Group Core
This class will be offered on Wednesdays at 4:15 p.m., starting Wednesday, February 14, 2023. Group Core is a new addition to our MOSSA lineup of classes. In 30 minutes, you will experience integrated exercises to help train you three-dimensionally and build a stronger core. All of this will be set to motivating music using MOSSA’s Music Magic—this 30 minute class will go by in the blink of an eye!
Additional Classes
We have additional times for some of our existing classes:
- Pilates: Mondays at 8:30 a.m., starting Monday, February 5, 2023
- Chair Yoga: Mondays at 1 p.m., starting Monday, February 5, 2023
- ABC’s: Fridays at 11 a.m., starting Friday, February 9, 2023
- Group Power: Tuesdays at 5p.m., starting Tuesday, February 20, 2023
Changes to Class Schedule
We are making some changes to our class schedule to accommodate class additions and changes:
- Aqua Strong: The Thursday, 6:30 p.m. class will move to Thursdays at 6 p.m., starting Thursday, February 1, 2023
- Yoga: The Monday, 8:30 a.m. class will move to Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m., starting Monday, February 5, 2023
- CSI Lite: The Monday, 1 p.m. class will move to Mondays at 11 a.m., starting Monday, February 5, 2023
- Yoga: The Tuesday, 5:30 p.m. class will move to Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m., starting Tuesday, February 20, 2023
- Group Groove: The Tuesday, 7 p.m. class will move to Tuesdays at 7:15 p.m., starting Tuesday, February 20, 2023. The Thursday, 7 p.m. class will stay at 7 p.m.
