Why I Love My Job
I love training because it is a practice that goes beyond fitness. It’s a way to help clients focus on their wellbeing, their activity levels, their mindfulness with their diet and coaching positive routines into their day-to-day lives.

Jamie has seven years of experience as a personal trainer. She started her own athletic career in high school, which led to a collegiate scholarship in soccer and track. Her combination of interest in psychology, and her background in athletics led her to coaching and then personal training.
