Dates

The weight loss challenge runs 8 weeks, from 3/2/26 through 4/27/26.
 

Fees

The entry fee is $49. You will also need to pay for the cost of training.
 

Weight Loss Challenge Details

What’s Included

Prizes/Categories

  • Eight (8) 60-minute training sessions for the MALE participant who loses the highest percentage of body weight.
  • Eight (8) 60-minute training session for the FEMALE participant who loses the highest percentage of body weight.
  • Eight (8) 30-minute training sessions for the participant who loses the most pounds.
  • Eight (8) 60-minute training sessions for the GROUP (2-6 people) who lose the combined highest percentage of body weight.
  • A maximum of two prizes can be won by one participant. For example, the same participant can win the Female prize and the Group prize.

Rules

Weigh-In

  • All participants must weigh in on March 2 or later to enter the Weight Loss Challenge.
  • Bring your payment receipt to the Weigh-In.
  • There will be midpoint weigh-ins.

Weigh-Out

  • All weigh-outs must occur on or before April 27.
  • The same clothing MUST be worn at the weigh-out that was worn at the weigh-in.
  • The weigh-out MUST be done at the same time of day as your weigh-in.

Training Requirements

  • Must train a minimum of eight (8) 60-minute sessions or sixteen (16) 45-minute sessions with a trainer.

Nutrition Seminars

Nutrition seminars will be held on Monday evenings at 7pm. The topics for the seminars will be as follows:

  • March 9: The Macronutrient Protein and How to Get More into your Diet
  • March 16: Building Habits-One Behavior at a Time
  • March 23: The Dopamine Diet
  • March 30: Nutrition Timing and Supplements
  • April 6: The Importance of Consistency/Routine
  • April 13: Importance of Strength Training for Weight Loss
