2025 Weight Loss & Health Challenges
We are excited to offer a Weight Loss Challenge AND a Health Challenge for our members. The Weight Loss Challenge will help you get in shape and lose weight. The Health Challenge will reward you for working out, getting in shape, and using our facility. Sign up for either one or both! See the Front Desk for information on how to sign up.
Dates
Both challenges run 8 weeks, from 2/24/25 through 4/21/25.
Fees
For both challenges, the entry fee is $49. You only need to pay one entry fee, even if you enter both challenges.
If you’re entering the weight loss challenge, you will also need to pay for the cost of training.
Weight Loss Challenge Details
What’s Included
- Three (3) InBody Scans
- Weekly Seminars for Healthy Weight Loss

Prizes/Categories
- Eight (8) 60-minute training sessions for the MALE participant who loses the highest percentage of body weight.
- Eight (8) 60-minute training session for the FEMALE participant who loses the highest percentage of body weight.
- Eight (8) 30-minute training sessions for the participant who loses the most pounds.
- Eight (8) 60-minute training sessions for the GROUP (2-6 people) who lose the combined highest percentage of body weight.
- A maximum of two prizes can be won by one participant. For example, the same participant can win the Female prize and the Group prize.
Rules
Weigh-In
- All participants must weigh in on February 24 or later to enter the Weight Loss Challenge.
- Bring your payment receipt to the Weigh-In.
- There will be midpoint weigh-ins.
Weigh-Out
- All weigh-outs must occur on or before April 21.
- The same clothing MUST be worn at the weigh-out that was worn at the weigh-in.
- The weigh-out MUST be done at the same time of day as your weigh-in.
Training Requirements
- Must train a minimum of eight (8) 60-minute sessions or sixteen (16) 45-minute sessions with a trainer.

Rules
- Participants will receive points for completing the tasks listed below.
- Participants with the most total points at the end of the challenge will be declared the winner.
- The Health Challenge runs separately from the Weight Loss Challenge.
Scoring
- 1 point per Highpoint check-in (maximum of one per day)
- 1 point per class/group training session/personal training session taken (maximum of two per day)
- 5 points per 1 pound of body fat lost
- 10 points per 1 pound of muscle gained
- 2 points per seminar attended
Prizes
- $200.00 Highpoint gift card for the MALE participant with the most points
- $100.00 Highpoint gift card for the MALE participant with the second most points
- $200.00 Highpoint gift card for the FEMALE participant with the most points
- $100.00 Highpoint gift card for the FEMALE participant with the second most points
