Setting Up and Riding Your Spinning Bike
We love Spinning at Highpoint Fitness! We love it so much that we offer Spinning classes six days a week. If you’re interested in trying out a class soon, we want to make sure you have all the details on how to get the most out of a class.
Spinning is the ultimate indoor cycling experience. Our classes will have you climbing hills, rolling on the flats, sprinting to the finish and burning a ton of calories. You’ll gain cardiovascular and muscular strength and stamina during a ride where you control the resistance and speed. It’s a really fun and challenging workout.
Before you take a Spinning class, you will need to know how to setup and ride your bike to get the most out of the class. The two videos below will help you get ready.
