This one-hour session will teach you basic boxing techniques, bag work, and a variety of workouts to enhance your core strength and cardiovascular power.
This free session will be offered on four different days:
- October 19 at 7 pm
- October 22 at 8 am
- October 26 at 7 pm
- October 29 at 8 am
Space is limited to 4 people per session. You can sign up at the table near the locker rooms at the gym.
